Resumen
El plazo del mes establecido en el artículo 97 de la Ley de Sociedades Anónimas ha de computarse de fecha a fecha, lo que significa que para el cómputo correcto del vencimiento del citado mes debe haber transcurrido en su totalidad el mismo día del mes siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria de la junta, pese al análisis de la cuestión que realiza la Resolución de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado de 10 de enero de 2007.
Abstract
The one-month deadline set in article 97 of the Corporations Act must be calculated from date to date. This means that for the correct calculation of the expiration of the aforesaid month, the same day of the month following publication of the call to meeting must have transpired in its entirety, despite the analysis of this same question in the Directorate-General of Registries and Notarial Affairs' decision of 10 January 2007.
