Resumen

En este dictamen se recoge el supuesto de hecho sometido a calificación por los opositores al Cuerpo de Aspirantes a Registradores de la Propiedad, Mercantiles y de Bienes Muebles en las últimas oposiciones celebradas y que finalizaron en julio de 2006, así como una propuesta de nota de calificación efectuada por el Presidente del Tribunal que juzgó las citadas oposiciones.

Abstract

This decision gives the event of fact placed for scrutiny before the examinees competing for admission to the Corps of Property, Mercantile and Personal Property Registrar Candidates in the latest examinations, which ended in July 2006, and a scrutiny note proposed by the Chairman of the Panel that judged the aforesaid examinations.
