Resumen
Los títulos nobiliarios son mercedes personalísimas que no forman parte del caudal hereditario y que se sustraen de la regulación ordinaria testamentaria, siendo de aplicación un sistema propio que trae lugar de la concesión y orden normativo histórico. Por otra parte, cabe la prescripción si bien de forma exclusiva por linaje o estirpe. Es más, la posesión de una merced nobiliaria no implica la titularidad de un derecho de su patrimonio hereditario, sino en exclusiva el reconocimiento de su condición de mejor poseedor en el orden sucesorio. De ahí que tratemos en estas líneas de la sucesión del título al fundador frente al último poseedor.
Abstract
Nobility titles are very personal merits that are not part of the will estate and that are different of the ordinary regulation, being of application a bout the concession and historical normative order. The prescription by lineage or family descent. The possession of a nobiliary right does not imply a right of his inheritance, but exclusively the recognition of his status as best possessor in the succession or- der. We deal the succession of the title to the founder in front of the last possessor.
