Resumen
La custodia compartida de ambos progenitores implica el ejercicio de la custodia legal de sus hijos menores de edad, en igualdad de condiciones y de derechos sobre los mismos. Su objeto es procurar la mejor realización de su beneficio e interés, pero también la realización práctica y cotidiana de la responsabilidad de ambos padres exigiéndoseles incluso un mayor grado de diligencia en el ejercicio de la patria potestad.
Abstract
Shared custody means that both parents hold legal custody of their underage children, under equal conditions and with equal rights as regards the children. The object of shared custody is to procure the greatest custodial benefit or interest, but also to demand the practical, daily fulfilment of responsibility by both parents, requiring the parents to apply an even greater amount of diligence in their exercise of patria potestas.
