Resumen
La vivienda familiar constituye un bien adscrito a la familia que, sirve de lugar de residencia y donde habitualmente se desarrolla la convivencia que, tanto constante matrimonio o relación de pareja como tras la crisis matrimonial o de pareja plantea una serie de situaciones jurídicas relevantes que, son objeto de análisis en el presente estudio.
Abstract
The family housing constitute a thing of the family that server as a place of residence and where habitually develops the coexistence that during the marriage or relationship as a coupe after the marriage crisis or couple it raises a series of relevant legal situations that are the object of analysis in the present study.
