Resumen
Desde la publicación de la Ley del Registro Civil de 8 de junio de 1957, se planteó por la doctrina si el asiento registral sobre el régimen económico matrimonial era voluntario u obligatorio. La nueva Ley del Registro Civil de 21 de julio de 2011, no solo sustituye la ley anterior, sino que viene a resolver la antedicha polémica doctrinal, entre otras, a través del artículo 60, que declara la obligación junto a la inscripción del matrimonio del régimen económico matrimonial.
Abstract
Since the publication of the Civil Registry Law of June 8, 1957, it was suggested by the doctrine whether the registration seat on the matrimonial economic regime was voluntary or obligatory. The new Civil Registration Law of July 21, 2011, not only replaces the previous law, but also resolves the aforementioned doctrinal controversy, among others, through article 60, which declares the obligation with the marriage registration regime Economic marriage.
