Resumen
Con la promulgación de la Ley 29618, que declaró imprescriptibles los bienes privados del Estado Peruano se generaron varias antinomias con normas que el Estado Peruano emitió para formalizar la propiedad informal y para la administración de sus bienes inmuebles, por lo que en el presente documento se analizará esta problemática y se proponen una solución a la misma.
Abstract
With the enactment of Law 29618, which declared the private property of the State Peruvian imprescriptible, several antinomies were generated with norms that the State Peruvian issued to formalize informal property and for the administration of its real estate, so this document will be analyzed in this document. problem and the solution to it is determined.
