Resumen
En el supuesto de un menor con filiación paterna y materna determinada, la falta de acuerdo de los progenitores sobre el orden de transmisión de sus primeros apellidos conlleva la aplicación del sistema tradicional que establece que el primer apellido de un español es el primero del padre y el segundo el primero de la madre.
Abstract
When a child has a definite paternal and maternal filiation and that child's parents cannot agree about the order in which their first surnames are passed on to the child, the traditional system is applied, which establishes that the first surname of a Spaniard is the father's first surname, and the second, the mother's first surname.
